WASHINGTON <br />o0201 <br />INLPECTIOH OEPAOTMENT <br />The plans for the above referenced project have been reviewed <br />and the following corrections are required to comply with the <br />Uniform Building Code. <br />1. All construction is subject to field inspections and <br />corrections. <br />2. There shall be no occupancy of the building addition <br />prior to final inspection oral a certificate of occup- <br />ancy being issued by the ?'wilding Inspector. <br />3. No concrete or grout shall be placed without inspection <br />and approval. <br />4. Exterior walls within 10 feet of lines should be of <br />one hour construction. (Scuth wall.) Section 703. <br />5. Nonabsorbent finish and backing for toilet room walls <br />and floor should conform with Section 1711(a). <br />6. Parapet walls not less than 30 inches in height are <br />required. (South wall.) Section 1709. <br />7. Ventilation should comply with Section 705. Mechanical <br />plans do not indicate any fresh air openings into the <br />system. <br />8. 11andrails should be placed not less than 30 inches nor <br />more than 34 inches above the tread. Secticn 3305(i). <br />9. Panic hardware is required on exit doors s rving Group <br />B Occupancies having an occupant load of mo,.e than 100. <br />Section 331G(a). In lieu of this, doors shall have no <br />locks or latches. See exception. <br />
