There is a chimney running from the ..eiling in the dinning room <br />through to the exterior of the house. The opening of the chimney <br />at the ceiling is uncovered. <br />14. Electrical wirer, strung from the house to the garage do not meet <br />the height level of electrical code requirements. The wires are <br />deteriorated and may he considered dangerous. <br />15. The wire connections in the garage are not in required junction <br />boxes. <br />16. The roof, eaves, and gutters of the house are rotted. <br />17. The foundation of the house is deteriorated ana rotted In some <br />areas. <br />
