There is a full basement with a <br />small living unit at the front. The interior has a combination <br />of sheetcock and wallpaper ovec felt or� the ceilin9s and <br />walls. The exterior has three-tab aspnalt composition roofing <br />and bevelled horizontal wood siding. The main unit has <br />approximately 1,500 square Eeet of living space spread out in <br />three aceas. Thece are two bedrooms in the upstaics' 1/2 story <br />and one bedcoom on the main floor. 41so, there is a kitchen, <br />bathroom, �Lning room, living room, and rear porch on the main <br />floor. Thece is a large storage-laundcy area in the bacement. <br />The basement unit has approximately 400 square Eeet of living <br />space which includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a livin9 <br />room-bedroom combination. <br />Inspection of the building eatari.or found a couple of problem <br />areas. The paint is peeling off a'_1 across the Eront and rear <br />of the house. There is evidence of coof water splashing <br />against the foundation wall, particularly along the south <br />side. Some water hes entered the basement apactment through a <br />window on the south side. There are no eoof 9utters. <br />The main area of concecn in the building intecior is a hot <br />1� �� fused electrical box in the basement unit. The electric panel <br />� and related boxas to the main unit (upstairs) are a mess. <br />
