Failuce to cespond to co�laints by loan recipients. F. Contractor's insolvency, bankruptcy, or othec cnnduct or condition which has resulted in a monetz:y loss to a homeowner or to the City in connection with the rnntract wck. G, Abandonment of a job or repeated failure to cor�iplete contract wrk within the specified time limit. N.
