WASIi�NGION <br />98201 <br />The Planniag Department hae reviewed the plans aubmitted to the Building Dept. <br />for your apartsenta at 34th and Rucker and hae the following concerne: <br />Condition nueber of 3 of the DNS iseued for the propoeal required that <br />"prior to the ieeuance of any permite, the applicnat ouet sub�it a <br />report frou a certified nolee caneultant which etatee the noise <br />reduction aeaeuree which can be integrated into thc construction of the <br />project to enaure that mazisum interior noiee levels do not ezceed 45 <br />dBA. Thie report muet be reviewed and approved by the Planning <br />Depart�ent iSEPA Enviroamental Health Policiee)."
