Prior to the issuance of any permits, the applicant must submit a <br />report_ from a certified noise consultant ahich states the noise <br />reduction measures which can be integrated into the construction of the <br />proJect to •ensure that maximum interior noise levels do not exceed 45 <br />dBA. The area must be planted with a minimum oP 75� ot the <br />area in evergreen ground cover. In addition, a minimum of 6 evergreen <br />treea or shrubs muet be provided for each 20 feet in length of <br />landacaped area.
