A <br />Commonly known as 3415 Pucker Avenue, Everett-, Washington. <br />Dear Mr. Peters: <br />In response to your letter dated July 7, 1.972 wherein you requested n <br />list of ordinance violations in feference to the subject residence, the <br />following is the (lousing Inspection *%visions findings. <br />An inspection of the structure located nt the above address reveals the <br />following deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the occupants <br />or the public, ns defined in the Uniform Building Code, Volume III. (lousing. <br />(Everett City Code). These conditions may be considered sufficient to <br />declare the building to be sub -standard and/or a dangerous building. <br />_Plumbing,: <br />1. The kitchen sink is not vented, <br />2. The clothes washer waste in not trapped or vented correctly. <br />3. The lavatory in not vented and the waste 1.0 not piped properly. <br />4. The bathtub is not vented, <br />5. Some non -code waste pipe and fittings have been in,talled under the <br />house. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />1. The heating is inadequate, <br />3. Front and rear porches framing in direct contact with ground and <br />deteriorated. Porch decks rotted thru in places. <br />3. Foundation system is wood post and beam, several poste are deteriorated, <br />providing no support for the beams, some beams have deilected and <br />twisted causing the floor system to sag and become out of level. Most <br />of the poste, are in direct contact with the ground, <br />4. Inadequate foundation ventilation. <br />
