A <br />review of our case file indicates it would be misleading and a <br />dis-service to the new owner to send a list of deficiencies made <br />during an inspection so outdated (6/6/72), however this office <br />welcomes the opportunity to assist the owner and/or his repre- <br />sentative in any way we can. WASHINOTON <br />99:01 <br />INSPECTION OEPARTNENT <br />We wish to advise you of a provision of the Uniform Housing Code <br />that states "When additions, alterations, or repairs within any <br />12-month period exceed 50`/, of the value of an existing building <br />or structure, such building or structure shall be made to conform <br />to the requirements for new buildings or structures". (Structural, <br />Electrical, and Plumbing). <br />Snohomish County Assessors records show this structure to have an <br />assessed value (50%) of 1,350.00. <br />We recommend that any plans you have for rehabilitation of the <br />building be discussed with Mr. John Parrens the Chief Building <br />Inspector for the City of Everett.
