Therefore, you will have to move Randy's Cycle Shop to <br />another location that is appropriately zoned. <br />The City will allow you 30 days to find another location and move your <br />business. However, the sign on the top of the building (including the cycle) <br />and the signs on the front and sides will have to be removed immediately. The <br />zones in which you could locate are B-2, B-3, C-1, C-2, or M-1. Before <br />relocating, please confirm that the new location is properly zoned. Call <br />Pearl Middy at 259-8731 or come to the Planning Dept. in City Hall, 3002 <br />Wetmore for zoning information. <br />After you have found an appropriate location, please contact the City Clerk's <br />office at City Hall to obtain your business license.
