Because you have either failed to cooperate with the requests of the Fire Marshal, or your efforts to correct Code violations have been miniaal, this matter has been turned over to the office of the Everett City Attorney. This letter is written to put you on notice that you are in violation of the following sections of the Uniform Fire Code, Uniform Building Code and/or Uniform Electrical Code: Sec. 10.301 UFC Sec. 3.101 UFC—Unlawful continuance of fire hazard by failure to repair required fire separation.
