INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT/DEVELOPER: <br />1. For any change in use, a Use Permit will be required which more <br />necessitate detailed drawings in accordance with City Desi, and <br />Construction Standards which shall be submitted to the PULiic <br />Works Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, <br />utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion <br />control, and all required improvements in the public <br />right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before <br />Occupancy permits are issued. <br />2. For any change in use of existing structures, a Use Permit may <br />be required which shall provide parking must be per City Zoning <br />Code and City Design and Construction Standards <br />Specifications. and <br />3. For any change in use of existing structures, a Use Permit may <br />be required which shall review of placement and screening of <br />refuse disposal areas, as provided per Section 39.080 of the <br />Zoning Code. <br />16. For any redevelopment an additional SEPA review may be required <br />for any site within this rezone area, and Zoning Standards such <br />as set -backs, parking, landscaping and height shall be met. <br />17.
