(2061339 SG17 <br />Seattle M (2161742 41.59 <br />I spoke with you a couple of weeks ago and you sent me an <br />application for a construction permit. I have enclosed the <br />construction permits check list and the construct permit <br />application. I have completed the areas that you have highlighted. <br />I have also attached four additional complete sets of the site plan <br />and also enclosed is three complete sets of the floor plan. I note <br />that you have highlighted stair or ramp plans and toilet room <br />plans. I also note that the Washington State rules and regulations <br />for barrier free facilities WAC 51-10 which are applicable codes <br />and ordinances. our research indicates that the barrier -free plans <br />are not applicable for business' that employ eight or less <br />individuals. since our business employees is less than eight <br />individuals we have not included a plan for a ramp or fixtures for <br />handicap accessors in the toilet area. <br />If we are incorrect and this is required, please let us know <br />and we will submit these additional plans. <br />You told me earlier that you could finish this process and <br />issue a permit within three weeks.
