March 4, 1963 <br />Time Oil Company <br />2737 Commodore way <br />Seattle, Washington <br />Gentlemen: <br />I am adv.oed that you are leasing the premises located <br />at 3531 Rucker Avenue, Everett, Washington to the present <br />occupants. <br />This is to advise you that the occupants are violating <br />the zoninS code of the City of Everett in that they are <br />operating a mechanical repair shop in addition to the <br />operation of a service station, in an area where the operation <br />of a mechanical repair shop is not permitted. <br />The tenants did, within the last 12 months, make ap- <br />plication for a variance to permit this type of operation. <br />However, such request was refused.. Tha use of thin premises <br />as a gasoline service station is permissible; the only <br />violation being the operation of a mechanical repair shop. <br />Incidental repairs as would be normal for a gasoline station <br />are permissible; however, the work beini; performed by the <br />tenants goes far beyond this limitation. <br />Complaint has been made and we are now contemplating <br />the issuance of a warrant.
