Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 Internalional Buildi�g Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated othenvise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />correctionsrequested. <br />1. The site plan does not match the footprint of the buildi�g plans submitted. Show all <br />porches, living space and any accessory structures on the site plan. Show dimensions of <br />all structures and distance between all structures. Show distance from house to all <br />property lines. <br />2. Below 9rade walls in conditioned spaces are required ±o be insulated to minimum R-21 <br />on the interior. Provide detail/section to sho�v how the below grade �o�alls will be <br />insulated to meetthe Z009 Washington State E�ergy Cude. <br />3. Provide dimensions of all inCerior partitions. Corridors are required to be minimum 36" <br />clear width (including bedrooms). <br />4. Show size and loca:ion uf all beams supporting the main floor. Verify that the span does <br />not exceed the minimum code required Ioads. <br />5.
