Per your instructions, I have included two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. I also address each of your correction requests below: <br />1. I have modified the site plan to match the (ootprint of the building plans submitted, showing the <br />covered front porch and stairs in the back of the house and the distance from the house to all <br />property lines. <br />2. Please see Building Cross Section and Ex[erior F•aming Detail with Insulation Detail, which shows <br />detail of how the below grade walls will be insulated to a minimum R-21 on the interior to meet <br />the 2009 Washington State Energy Code. <br />3. Please see changes made to the building pians, which include dimensions of all interior <br />partitions and all corridors with a minimum of 36"clear �vidth, including bedrooms. <br />4. Please see changes made to the building plan, showing size and location of ali beams supporting <br />the main iloor (marked with "A" on the building plan for your convenience�. Also, see <br />annotation marked "A" indicating that I have verified with 2009 IRC that a 6'10" beam is <br />sufficient to span a 78" opening. <br />5. Please see changes made to the building plans, showing size and location of all source specific <br />exhaust fans (marked with a"B" on the building plan). <br />6. Please see changes made to the building plans, showing all kitchen fixtures, appliances, cabinets <br />and counters to be removed on the floor plan using dashed lines (marked with a"C" on the <br />building plan). <br />7. Regarding the mud room and stairs, I have attached Exhibit A to this letter. 7his exhibit is based <br />on documentation from and a conversation with lude Boothe at the Snohomish County <br />Assessor's office (her business card is also provided). Ms. Boothe provided me with these <br />documents, which are dated 2-8-1971 and relate [o the property located at 3602 Rucker <br />Avenue. 7he setond page contains a diagram of the feotprint of the building. At the top of the <br />diagram, there are marks indicating the additional space that is currently the "mud room" and <br />stairs going down to the basement.
