<br />building permit to remodel. However, the action taken by Council
<br />still stood in the event the new owners failed to comply.
<br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE CHANGED
<br />President Pope announced that he and 3 Council members would be
<br />'^' attending a Nacional League of Cities meeting in Washington, D.C.
<br />next week and woul.d not return until late Tuesday evening. The
<br />Council�meeting would be scheduled for Friday, March Sth.
