NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk, City Hall, 3002 lJetmore, Everett, Washington, until 2:00 p.m., March 30, 1982 and will be opened at that time and publicly read aloud, for the demolition and removal of the building located at 3710 Rucker> Everett, Washington. Rid proposals delivered in person will be received only at the office of the City Clerk in the Everett City Hall. Bids received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. A bid sheet, proposal and contract form and details of the job location may be obtained at the office of the duilding Official at the City Hall. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check r.r cashier's check in the amount equal to at least five per cent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Everett. Should the successful bidder fail to commence work or furnis�i satis- factory performance bond within the time stated in the contract, the b�J oroposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Everett.
