Also, <br />orovide roof vents in northeast corner oE building as <br />shown on roof plan, shzet .45 (three copies included). <br />Item #2: Please pcovide a cony of soils report to the buildir.g <br />department as they hav� requ=sted. ALso, ocovi9e them <br />with a r_ooy of the r=vised foundation olan, Sheet S2 <br />(three copies included). <br />item #3: Sketch SK1 has been r=vised to SK4, which has been <br />corrected and is enclosed. Please not� that shear wall <br />nailing values of plywood over 1/2" gypsum sheathing <br />have been taken from tabl� 25K of the 1982 OBC. <br />Item $4: Tha north arrow shown on the site plan is regarded as <br />"project north" and is 9enerally always used, Th� <br />north arrow shown nn th� plans is "plan north" and is <br />used mainly to reference interior walls and cabinet <br />=levations. This system oermits the greatest <br />efficiency in terms oE standa�dization and, is <br />h�pefully, the least confusing.
