The listed <br />requirementa are placed in response to our review of this informatlon: <br />Mi[igation Measures Required by Exis[ing Codes 5 Ordlnances: <br />1. A planting area five feet vide must be provided along the entire Rucker <br />Avenue and 33th Street frontage, except for driveways in compliance <br />wi[h Section 19.40.050 of tlie Zoning Code and Section 1.13 of the <br />Design and Conetruction Standards and Specificatione Manaal -(SHP.� <br />Light and Glare and Aesthetics Policiea) <br />2. A landscape acreen muat be provided along the entire east property line <br />at the top of the rockery retaining wall in compliance with Section <br />19.42.030 of [he Zoning Code. This must consis[ of a planting strip at <br />least five feet in wid[h with sufficient plantings of at least six feet <br />in height to effectively create a site-obscuring barrier. (SEPA Light <br />and Glare and Aesthetics Policies) <br />3. A minimum of SZ of the parking area must be landscaped in compliance <br />wi[h Section 19.40.050 (C) of the Zoning Code. (SEPA Light and Glare <br />and Aesthetics Policy) <br />4. A mini.mum of three parking stalls must be provided for employee and <br />cuatomer parking in compliance with Section 1?.40.030 of the Zoning <br />Cc,de. (SEPA Tr�rspor[a[ion/Circulation Policies) <br />5. The existing southerly driveway on Rucker Avenue must be removed and <br />r.econstructed with full height curb and gutter. The curb and gutter <br />must be sawcut or removed to the nearest expansion joint per E.M.C. <br />Chapter 13. (SEPA Transportation/Circulation Policies) <br />6. The extruded asphalt concrete curb on [he ttorth eide of 38th Stree[ <br />which was removed by the owner must be replaced per E.M.C. Chapter 13. <br />(SEPA Transportation/Circulation Policies) <br />7. The curb, �u[ter, and sidewalk on the southwest corner of the property <br />aas damaged and removed by the owner. It must i�e replaced from [he <br />nearest expansion joint to the full curb return on the north side of <br />38th Street per E.M.C. Chapter 13.
