We <br />would like to convert this house with minimal chenges to a <br />one-rerson office. This person's business is family therapy. <br />TNo changes would be made: (1) moving the existing bethroom <br />into e larger room, so es to provide adequate space for <br />the handicapped end for femilies with small children; (2) moving <br />the existing back door to provide a level entry that is larger <br />then the present one. The only floo^ of the ho��se is <br />epproximately 1200 squere feet in area. There is adequete <br />spece for sir, perking stalls across the back of the lot. <br />No other cfianges are pla��^ed, because the existing building <br />reteins all of its originel charm: lead glass windows, originel <br />lighting fixtures, and wainscoting. <br />
