All pipes, inside and outside. must <br />be laid free from ttaps so tllnt they will drain when the woste is <br />Open <br />Pipes in the ground must be laid not less than twenty-four <br />inches below the surface. <br />All pipes must be run so " to avoid stoppages and all traps <br />nut; t be well secured. <br />No hushing must be used to connect with the stopcock at the <br />sidewalk; nipples or reducing sockets utnr be used il' necessary. <br />No pipe can run between the Contp;nty's service-0mt•IC and <br />main, and in case a water meter is set, it,, pipe. must be connected <br />outside the meter. <br />Plumbers may turn on water for the purpose of testing their <br />pipes, but they Titus, leave it shut off at the Company's service - <br />cock• a.td in no case turn on the water for consumers. <br />The water will not he turned on to any premises until the <br />statement herein required has been furnished to the Company <br />and the inspector shall certify that t he work has been done in <br />necordance with its rules and regulatioes. <br />A.
