WI15FnNGTON <br />Dear Ronald 6 Thelma Hansen: eazo, <br />It hae come to the attention of our office that several violations of the <br />Everett Municipal Code ezist at 3813 Rucker Avenue, in a B-2 Community <br />Shopping Zone. An inapection on June 7, 1989 conEirmed that tne following <br />conditious ezist �hereon: <br />1. Wrecked, inoperable or dismantled vehicles, some partially <br />etored oa the City ri��t-vf-way. <br />2. Vehicle parts and tirea and other deb�:is which are clearly <br />visible fron the alley. <br />Suctt conditions render these premises in violation of tne Everett Municipal <br />Co3e as Yollows: <br />Seccion 19.27.U20: Yermicted Uses: <br />The operation of vehicle diamantling is not a permitted use in a <br />B-2 zone. <br />Ordinance No. 15�4-89, Sectiou 2, Subsec. 7: <br />G. Vehicle parts or otner aiticles of personal property witich are <br />discarded or left in a state of partial cunstruction or repair <br />in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot. <br />As the ]egal owner of the property, we requeat your cooperation in correcting <br />these violations. This can be accomplished by removiny all itema from the <br />puhlic riKht-of-way ana eitnez removing a11 inoperable, junked or dismantled <br />vehicles and parts thereof, or screeniag tl�em from public view by the <br />installatio❑ of a solid feuce.
