An inspection <br />of the building reveals seve�al deficiencies which may be dcemed detrimental to che <br />occupants or the public as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. These condifions <br />may be sufficient to declare the building to be substandard and/or dangerous. <br />Some of the deficienr,ies noted during the inspection are listed on the enclosed <br />Inspection Report. The deficiencies are sufficient to cause the unit "B" to be posted <br />"Illegal to Occupy". Since unit "B" is un:nhabitable in its present condition, it shall <br />remazn vacant unt�l such dme as the unit is repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building Code and all other applicable codes. The remainder of the building will <br />building will be bmught up to Building Code requirements and the City of Everett <br />Zoning Code requirements. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
