All buildings and additions to buildings over 4,000 square feet of construction area, require the plans and specifications to be prepared by an architect currently licensed to practice in the Stale of Washington. RCW 18.08. The plans submitted are incomplete. Please provide information and plans as indicated on the attached checklist. Plan review will continue after the information is provided. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence.
