Semer <br />SUBJECT: Everett Clinic Parking Garage <br />Sewer Main Re-route <br />Dear Allen: <br />Please find enclosed a television camera report for the sewer main in the alley way <br />between Rucker and Hoyt (3900 block). As you can see on the report, the pipe <br />condition is noted as "poor" and most of the pipe is in a deteriorated state. We would <br />like to get as much of the pipe replaced and up -sized as possible. Therefore, we feel it <br />would be most beneficial to route the entire block of pipe onto Hoyt Avenue (see <br />attached drawing). We have indicated on the drawing the proposed routing for the <br />relocated sewer main. The City will be responsible for the total cost of the southerly <br />255' on Hoyt Avenue. For the rest of :he sewer relocation, the City will be <br />responsible for only the incremental cost of oversizing the main to 18-inch diameter <br />from the current 8-inca diameter. <br />It is our intention that the City pay its share of the costs by giving the Everett Clinic <br />credit on its sewer connection charges for the 50,000 s.f. medical office building.
