Before I can certify your <br />application as complete in accordance with the administrative procedures for processing permit <br />applications as required by the Regulatory Reform Act, you should submit the following <br />infomlation: <br />Alley vacation application <br />Building elevations for the Clinic and Parking Garage <br />Location and size of both freestanding and/or wall signs for both the Clinic and Parking <br />Garage <br />The Public Works Department, Building Department and/or Fire Department may also require <br />additional information to complete their review of the proposed project.
