The Uniform Building Code provides thu all permiu expire by limitation if the <br />work authoriud by the pemut is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days at any time <br />after work is commenad. <br />We would appreciate your usistance in closing out theu files. They will be held for 10 <br />working days, and then unless we have received a request for inspection or a written requat <br />for extension of the permiu with a plan for completion of the work, the permiu will eapire. <br />If you no longer intend co proceed with the project, you are welcome to pick up you plans, <br />which will be held with the files for 10 days. Raubmittal and additional fees will be requircd <br />should you decide at some future date to go ahead with the project.
