The following is a listing of some of the violations noted during <br />this inspec:ion: <br />1. A nev washer is needed on the leaky faucet in the bathroom <br />eink. <br />2. The material on the wall around the bath/shower wall ie <br />damaged due to abeorbing water. The wall shall be <br />finished with n material not adversely affected by <br />moieture in accordance with the Uniform Building Code. <br />3. There are no amoke detectore in the house. <br />4. There is a vent in the kitchen ceiling above the caok <br />stove area. The ven[ is to allow heat in one of the upper <br />bedroons. The vent shall be aecured so as not to act as a <br />flue in the event of a fire in the area of the cook stove. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />10. <br />All l�abltnble rooms shall be provided vith heating <br />facilities capable of maintaining a room temperatur.e of 70 <br />degrees F. at a point three C3) feet above the floor. <br />There is no back aall under the sink in the kitchen where <br />the plumbing pasaes through. <br />The door leading to the exterior of the house from the <br />kitchen does not have a door knob and is supp?.ie3 only <br />with n dead-bolt lock. <br />Electrical outle�s in tl�e kitchen are not grounded. <br />The occupant has not been made aware of how to operate the <br />gas epace heater. in the honse. <br />Tiie front door does not have a door knob and is secured by <br />a dead-bolt lock. <br />
