INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not SEPA <br />conditions. All requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site <br />plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA review. The proposal must <br />comply with all ordinances In effect at the time a complete building permit application is <br />filed, Including those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For vesting under the <br />Zoning Code, please refer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning Department <br />for information regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br />1. A discharge authorization from IPT may be required. The applicant shall contact the city's <br />Industrial Pretreatment pr3gram as soon as possible about this project. <br />2. There are existing storm drainage and sanitary sewage pipes running under the proposed <br />location of the new car wash. The pipes may need to be upgraded to meet the UPC where <br />under the new structure. <br />3. A building permit is required. <br />4. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every <br />structure. Location of the hydrant(s) shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />5. FireFlow -Fire flow requirements for this structure are 1,500 gpm. <br />6. Fire Alarm Svatem - An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided as <br />required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to <br />installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. <br />Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be performed, along <br />with a certificate of completion, prior to final acceptance of the system. <br />Arc alarm systems shall he installed according to NFPA Standard 72. Fire alarm systa.0 <br />shall be installed under permit of the City of Everett Building Department. Electrical <br />inspcctions and approval are required prior to calling for acceptance tests.
