WASHWJGTON <br />98MI <br />This letter is in response to the Planning Department's review of your project <br />at 4231 Rucker for compliance with the conditions on the SEPA Determination of <br />Non-Signifioance for the project. The following conditions have not been <br />complied with: <br />1. A landscaped area was required along the Rucker Ave. and 43rd St. <br />frontages. The area has been provided, but the plant materials do not <br />meet the standards specified as follows: <br />a. Continuous live ground cover over at least 75% of the planting <br />area. <br />b. Evergreen trees or shrubs a minimum of 36 inches in height above <br />the level of the parking area to number at least 6 for each 20 <br />feet in length. <br />This landscaping must be provided prior to the Planning Department signing the <br />Certificate of Occupancy for the project.
