Although you may have had inspection for compliance with Industrial <br />Pretreatmeni requirements, it is still necessary to obtain final inspection of the plumbing work. <br />The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized <br />by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of <br />180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, <br />you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
