Commodore Way
Seattle, Washington 98199
Reference: Service Station
4231 Rucker
Everett, Washington
Gentlemen:
An inspection was made of the referenced service station on October
12, 1973, by members of our Inspection Division and Fire Marshal's
Office.
The building was found to be in such a state of lack of maintenance,
deterioration, and lack of housekeeping that the electrical system,
and the excessive amount of combustible trash render the building as
extremely hazardous to life.
There are no toilet facilities available for the service island and
City Ordinance 107-70 prohibits the use of a trailer as an office.
For the above reasons, the building and service island were posted
as "Unlawful to Occupy".
These facilities shall not be used until the hazards and violation
have been corrected.
Sincerely yours
Frank li.
