Y GRi Vi i <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />Section 1: On October 12, 1973 the hereinabove described <br />building(s) or structur2(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by the <br />City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or <br />structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the City of <br />Everett Building Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Deterioration and lack of maintenance. <br />2. Lack of operative toilet facilities. <br />3. Electrical wiring not installed in accordance with the electrical <br />code. <br />4. Building does not meet requirements for a repair garage. <br />5. The building is vacant and open to the public and to the undesirable <br />elements. <br />
