NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />Section 1: On December 1, 1975 tSe hereinzbrve described <br />building(s), or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by <br />the City of Everett Building Official or -his duly authorized <br />representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or <br />rtructure(s), or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the <br />City of Everett Building Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Single story structure and attached marque deteriorated, <br />broken windows and doors, fixtures damaged and loose. <br />2. Protective covers for fill pipes broken and/or missing, <br />one fill cap broken. <br />3. Pump Island plumbing deteriorated and extending above <br />ground. <br />4. Free standing electric sign deteriorated. <br />
