Frets <br />The building permit for the above project will be issued upon receipt of a letter <br />from the applicant describing in detail the means of correcting and/or complying <br />with the items listed below. Means of correction and/or compliance must be approved <br />by the Building Department. <br />Item No. <br />2 <br />3 <br />i <br />.Area Requiring Code Compliance <br />Additional attic ventilation is required. Area <br />required is dependent on type of screen used in <br />soffit vent (detail 4/9). <br />Rear wall and parapet must be one -hour from sill to top <br />of parapet (gypsum wallboard or sheathing must be <br />continuous). <br />City standards require 6" x 5'-0" foundation walls <br />to be reinforced with 04 at 16" o.c. each way. <br />Composition tile is not acceptable for toilet room <br />floor finish. Sealed concrete or ceramic tile or <br />sheet vinyl with 5" self -base is approved. If <br />sealed concrete is used, base to be flat 6" rubber <br />or vinyl with bead of sealant at the floor. <br />Ref. Code Sec. <br />
