Martin, Architect Dear Jamie: The following items should be submitted or correcCed befare the but:�+�ng permit is issued. 1. Ventilation shall comply with Sec. 705. Pfechanical drawings sh�uld be subnitted, riot just a note on Che drawings that they will comply with the requirementa of the Everett Inspection Department. 2. The mec}:anical drawings shall show how the building is heated. 3. Occupant load signs shall show the number of occupants. The drawings should be corrected to read: "Occupant load 48" in dining and banquet room; 'bccupant load 98" in dining room; and "Occupant load 79" in cocktail lovnp,e. 4. A conforming exit door shall be located in cach part of the dining and banquc.t room if it can be entirely enclosed by sliding panels. Exit doors shall be a minimum of 3'0" wide and shall be swinging type doors. Secs. 3303(b) and 3303(f). 5. Structural. calcuiations shall be submitted, including roof, foundation and retaining walls. 6. 7iilet rooms shall comply with Sec. 1711(b) and (c). Doors to toilet roomt shall be 32 inches clear. A 2'8" door is not 32" clear. This is especially imporCant where the wheel chair must turn in or adjacent to the opening. The counter for the women's lavatories shall be detailed showing the required opening under one lavatory. A note on the dramings stating that toilet rooms shall comply with the referenced sections is not sufficient. ��,1� 7.
