They are not "official° or nec- <br />essarily "accepted" standards but are merely rough estimates. <br />S9ith ali services operati.ng at capacity, ihe variance requested <br />might cause an overf].ow of 20-25 cars. It <br />must be noted however, that evcn caithout the variance there would <br />exist some overflow when the restaurant is filled. <br />The figures above do not include employee parking. By way of <br />a mild recommendation, the Staff would further note,that con- <br />siderable olanning Lor this facili.ty has been wtdertaken with <br />the assumption t:iat the five spaccs have Ueen excused by the City. <br />A revised site plan indicates that 53 raihcr than 52 spaces are <br />to Ue provided.
