<br />Dear Mr. P.obertson:
<br />As per our August 24th conversation at the above proposed
<br />site, I mentioned that the Snohomish Health District requires
<br />detailed layout plans with equipment specifications. All
<br />equipment mUst meet National Sanitation Foundation standards
<br />or its equivalent. In addition, plumbing, ventilation (hoods),
<br />lighting, as well as floor, wall and ceiling finishes are
<br />required for the £ood preparation, scullery, dishwashing,
<br />storage, and restroom areas.
<br />The above mentioned information must be as detailed as
<br />possible because there is a$25.00 per hour plan review fee
<br />to a maximum of $250.00.
<br />The �lan review is to insure compliance with the sanitary
<br />requirements, prevent any misunderstanding as to what ?s
<br />required, and to prevent errors cohich might later result in
<br />additional cost.
