W/.SMiNGTON <br />�m� <br />MSPECLtOH �f P1qTMENT <br />Ori February 8, 1983 this office recei�ed a complaint that a considerable <br />amount of construction had been performed at the above referenced address <br />without benefit of permits or inspections which is in direct violation of <br />the Everett Municipal Code. <br />On February 9, 1983 Larry Callahan and Doug �udden of the City of Everett <br />Building Department did make an on-site insper.tion of the premises at <br />4405 Rucker tivenue and determined that the construction has taken place <br />as the complainant stated. <br />I am directing you to submit the proper documents that z�e required to <br />obtain the necessary permits. The proper documents are two copies each of <br />the following: <br />1. Plot plan <br />2. Construction drawings and details <br />3, Floor plan with dimensions <br />4. Electrical ptan <br />5. Plumbing and mechanical plans <br />6.
