With the addition of the tollowing items, the <br />pians are approved. <br />1. There shall be no direct connections between the sewerage system <br />and any drains originating from equipment in which tood is placed. <br />This includes the ice machine and food preparation sink. <br />2. The toilet room(s) shall be enclosed with tight-titting, self-closing solid <br />doors. The room(s) shall be mechanicaily vented to t'�e outside. A <br />toilet room used by women shall have at least one covered waste <br />receptacle. <br />3. The <br />�urtaces must be smooth and of an easily cleanable and corrosion <br />resistant material. Paint is not to be used. <br />When floors are subjected to water flushing tor cleaning, the wall and <br />floor j�nctures arq to be coved and sealed. <br />Walls and ceiling of the food preparation s^� scullery area shall be <br />light-colored, smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. <br />Provide adequate prctective light shields for all lights in the f�;,d <br />preparation and storage areas. <br />
