With lhe addition of the following, the plans are approved. <br />1. There shall be no direct conneclions between the sewerage system and <br />any drains originating irom equipmenl in which tood �s placed. This <br />includes vegetable preparation sinks and ice machines. <br />�� <br />3 <br />Floors, walls and ceiling of the food preparation and scuilery area shall <br />be light-colored, smooth, nonabsorbent and easiiy cleanable. <br />Provide adequate protective light shieids tor all lights in the tood <br />preparation and storage areas. <br />If there are any signiticant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, <br />the Snohomish Health District must ba notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. <br />Please contact the Food Program ofiice about one wesk in advance to schedule <br />an appointment.
