If a variance is approved, building pertnits are required and <br />must be obtalned within one year from the approval date after <br />which the Board of AdjustmanYs decision shall cease to be <br />eftedive. Prior to the expiration date, a written request for a <br />six-month extension may be submitted to the Planning <br />Director. <br />2. A copy of this order must be submitted by ihe Applicant when <br />applying for building permits. <br />3. A building permit is required for the new sign. <br />4. The sign shall be located enlirely within the Totem's property <br />envelope. No portion of the sign may overfiang the public <br />right-of-way. <br />
