I( a variance is approved, building permits are required and <br />must be obtained within one year from the approval date aRer <br />which the Board of Adjustment's decision shall cease to be <br />eHective. Prior to the expiration date, a written request for a <br />six-month extension may be submitted to the Planning <br />Director. <br />z• A copy of this order must be submitted by the Applicant when <br />applying for building permits. <br />3. A building pertnit is required for the new sign. <br />4. The sign shall be iocated entirely within the Totem's property <br />envelope. No portion of the sign may overhang the public <br />rtght-of-way. <br />
