The property is legally described as: <br />Central Park Addition to Everett BLK 005 D00 Lots 13 & 14 Blk 5 <br />An inspection of the garage was conducted on April 16, 1999 and it was noted that conditions <br />exist in the garage that are in violation of the Housing Code/Dangerous Building Abatement <br />Code of the City of Everett. A copy of my inspection report is enclosed for your reference. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable written plan of action to accomplish this by May 21, 1999.
