The property is legally described as: <br />Central Park Addition to Everett BLK 005 D00 Lots 13 & 14 Blk 5 <br />An inspection of the garage was conducted on April 16, 1999 and it was noted that conditions <br />exist in the garage that are in violation of the Housing Code/Dangerous Building Abatement <br />Code of the City of Everett. A copy of my inspection report is enclosed for your reference. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable written plan of action to accomplish this by May 21, 1999. If you <br />have any questions, you may call me at (425) 257-8680. <br />Work conducted to correct these conditions may require pennits. Information regarding <br />building permit application requirements, time frames and code information may be obtained at <br />3200 Cedar Street, second floor, or by calling (425) 257-SS10 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. <br />and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The permit requirements are mandated by the <br />Washington State Legislature and enforced by the City of Everett.
