While the intent of the height standards is to iimit "mega-size" garages, the restrictions limit some reasonable structures from being developed on the property. A 15 foot height limit for all detached slructures in all zones wilhin the City of Everett creates some inequitable and rather harsh results. It is recommended that the Ciry review this ordinance to detertnine if the standard should remain within the City of Everetl or some modificalion be made. C.:/
