For <br />permit C9911-012, Plumbing and Mechanical have received Final approval, but Building has <br />not. I have enclosed the last Electrical inspection showing requested corrections. The Uniform <br />Building Code provides that all permits expin by limitation if the work authorized by the permit <br />is suspended or abandoned at any time aRer work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you <br />wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) R�quest inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or exteusions. Please respond <br />within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming <br />without final approval.
