A site plan (drawn to a scale of not less than 1" — 10' or more than 1" <br />100'), depending upon the size of the property, containing the following: <br />All dimensions of property and number of acres or square feet in <br />site. <br />-- Location, dimensions and square footage of existing and proposed <br />structures in relation to the site area boundaries. <br />-- Parking and loading areas. <br />-- Open space, und!sturbed areas, landscaping, refuse and service <br />areas, utilities, signs and yard setbacks. <br />4. List of names and addresses of property owners (not the address of a <br />mortgage lending company) within 300 feet of the subject property, to be <br />typed on Address List Form. <br />Property owners' names may be obtained from the County Aasesscr's <br />Office, Third Floor, County Administration Building. <br />In the case where a mortgage company is listed as owner in the <br />assessor's records, the purchaser's address may be found by looking <br />up their name In the telephone directory or the City directory <br />(Polk'&). If their name cennot be found in either of those <br />directories, the mortgage company name and address may be used; <br />however, in that case it should be used as written in the <br />assessor's files including the purchaser's name and account number. <br />5. Narrative Statement: A detailed description of the variance being <br />requested and a paragraph addressing each of the following specific <br />prints which are the facts and conditions that must exist in order for <br />the Board to grant a variance: <br />A. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or <br />conditions applying to the subject property or as to the intended <br />use thereof, that do not apply generally to other properties in the <br />same vicinity or zone; <br />B. That such variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of a substantial property right of the appellaw possessed by the <br />owners of other properties in the same vicinity or zone; <br />Mc <br />
