TICE OF UNSAF6 BUILDING(S) Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, co�tinued, or permitted, and upnn conviction of any such violation such violator shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for no more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 8: If the work specified in Gii.s notice is performed by the City of Everett Building Official the costs of said work shall be charged to the ovner(s) or parties in in[erest of the real property on which said building(s), or structutes(s), or portion(s) thereof is (are) located and unless such cos[s have been previously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest _ auch costs shall be levied and collected as a special assessment against said real property.
