The applicant shall periodically cemove all refuse that <br />has accumulated on the subject property and shall <br />develop on-going maintenance procedures. The periodic <br />annual remov;il shall not be less than a monthly removal <br />of the refuse. Should the City of Everett have to <br />remove any refuse in the area, the Applicant shall be <br />billed for the cost to the City. If necessary, the <br />Applicant may, in the opinion of the City of Everett, be <br />required to post a bond to cover removal of all refuse <br />that has accumulated on the subject property and the <br />adjoining fences. <br />15. At a minimum, all Puget Power transmission lines shall <br />be no closer than 100 feet from the nearest residential <br />propecty. Any clearing related to line installation <br />should be limited to 25 feet on either side of the line <br />or if there ace trees :hat may potentially damage the <br />line or any support structuce, it may be removed after <br />approval by the Planning Department. <br />16. Th3t landscaping shall be provided in accocdance with <br />Exhibit �8 and chain-link fencing with wooden slats <br />shall be installed to reduce the visual impact of this <br />f�cility, It. shall be the determination of the <br />Department of Engineering of the City cf Everett as to <br />when this landscaping and chainlink fencing shall be <br />required. <br />17• The Everett Fire Department shall determine if an access <br />gate on the east side of the' subject property is <br />required in order to provide access to Grant Street. If <br />the Everett Fire Department makes such a determination, <br />the Applicant shall be required to provide a gate for <br />access for emergency purposes. <br />18.
