Description of the proposal, including the proposed uses and the size of the <br />project and site. <br />Landscaping around existing substation, as required for Special <br />Property Use Permit No. 16-84, and street improvements as <br />required by Short Subdivision No. 49-89 <br />In addition, the District proposes to landscape the portion of the <br />PNT right-of-way between the substation west fence and Beverly <br />Blvd. Approximately 1,400 to 1,500 cubic ya�ds of fill and topsoil <br />will be imported for the landscaping in the PNT area. <br />12.
